Michelle Obama’s Shopping Mall

Last week I printed information about Obama and Rezko that stood the internets on their collective ears (  Well my source gave me the name of the mall that Rezko cut Michelle Obama and her father in on.

The mall is called Fountain Head Square and it was sold to Westwood Financial Corp. for a cool $15,750,000 for the 120,650 square foot property.  Her initial investment was about $350,000, but I don’t know for how big a share or what her actual profit was.  Among the tennants are Payless ShoeSource, Norwest Bank, Miller’s Outpost, Mailboxes, Etc., Zuka Juice, Party City, Hallmark Cards, Denny’s, Hi Health, and El Pollo Loco, McDonalds and Walden Books .

I really want to find out just how much money our little Michelle made on this investment.  Using a fundraiser in this way is exactly the politics as usual we don’t need.  If Dumocrats want real change why not vote for the reformer behind McCain-Feingold?

  1. Can’t do it. Feingold’s not running. He has, however, expressed support for Obama, and I guess that’s as close as we’ll get this time.

  2. Oh Zen I thought you were making such progress. You have a McCain for President sign on your website and everything.

  3. Michelle Obama hates this country. I can not believe the media is comparing her to Jackie. She couldn’t tie her shoes. Come on America! Wake up! look deeply into these people before you vote for Obama. He lies and cheats us. The media loves him. I remember a media loving Hitler too. What happened?

  5. That’s right, Nate. I do have a McCain graphic on my site. You’re welcome to use it. I believe you endorsed him, correct? I’m probably sticking with Obama, but you know he’s all about unity. I’m just here reaching across the divide, if you will. Or won’t.

  6. Thanks for posting Frank–your comparison of Obama and Hitler is indeed spot on.

  7. Zenyenta–thanks for the offer. I wouldn’t say I’ve endorsed McCain so much as I’m scared of Obama or Clinton getting in.

  8. Guys I am a Zimbabwean. Don’t talk touch like a bunch of neighborhood yobs. All it does is bring down the price of the neighborhood.

If you are going to take part in politics, take part. The job of a politician is to be where the decisions are made. To get there and stay there. To be one of the people who is consulted.

Consider what are the deals and agreements that have to be made in America to take America where you want it to go. And start making those deals.

So you are influencing opinion by having a blog – and the proof of your influence is that I am reading it. Wrong. All you are doing is closing down the decision space. If you are scared of Obama or Clinton getting in, get out now and find democrats and talk to them. Find out what they think. The more they see you as approachable, the more likely they are to vote with you. And if they win, the more likely they will consult you.

Be in the conversation – and in politics, that means with the opposition.

  9. I appreciate your thoughts, but the American political process is complicated and hard to understand if you aren’t from this country.
