No Tax Payer Dollars for Black Magic

with 5 comments

I know that nobody will find this even the least bit surprising, but it turns out the liberal left was wrong on Gitmo.  As if the Supreme Court’s recent decision on gitmo wasn’t proof that we needed McCain in as President to return sanity to the far left leaning court.

If you saw Hannity’s America  Sunday (Thanks Tevo!) you saw former Judge Advocate General (JAG) Kyndra Miller Rotunda blast the left for their mischaracterization of Gitmo.  “The truth is, it’s really more like a Boy Scout camp than it is a prison camp. They get up to 12-hours of exercise time a day and they have all kinds of activities. They can play ping-pong, basketball, soccer. They have their own garden. They can check out library books. They have 5,000 titles. Their favorite is the Harry Potter series.” said Miss Rotund.

I am apalled that taxpayer dollars are going to give Jihadis indoctrination in the dark magic advocated by Harry Potter.  I don’t believe tax payer dollars should be used on books in the first place, but why indoctrinate these people into the occult.

An excellent article on exactly what is wrong with Harry Potter is available at  In a lawsuit Octoboer of 2004, Laura Mallory, a mother of four, told a hearing officer for the Gwinnett County Board of Education on  that the popular fiction books are an “evil” attempt to indoctrinate children in the Wicca religion.  If our God fearing American children are vulnerable, how much easier will Islamic terrorists be hooked.

  2. Oh so you’re saying they’re not giving prisoners Harry Potter books at taxpayer expense?

  3. nope. not denying that. here’s what i’m pretty sure is an inaccurate statement: “The truth is, it’s really more like a Boy Scout camp than it is a prison camp.” that’s what the nazis told the public about auchwitz.

  4. There were no Boy Scouts in Nazi Germany. I find that hard to believe.

  5. no, there weren’t. the nazis did, however, tell the public that the concentration camps weren’t bad places, that jews were fed well, exercised daily, and lots of personal freedoms.
