That’s Right Nate Endorses John McCain

McCain straddles both lanes while Obama is in the far left lane.

It took some real soul searching to weigh the strengths and weakness of each candidate and finally chose between John “The Maverick” McCain and Barack “The Marxist” Obama.  Since I started this blog I have maintained strict neutrality between the candidates, but it has been increasingly clear to me that one candidate will continue George Bush’s sound policies that are leading us to greatness while another will destroy our country as we know it.  For that reason I endorse John McCain.

Yesterday, John McCain said that Barack Obama was fair out in the “liberal left lane of politics”.  McCain is the kind of leader who straddles both lanes and dares people to get past him as he makes steady progress down the road of greatness in his cadiallac of conservatism with his blinker always signaling right.  People will often try to get around McCain, but he is a strong enough leader to say, “You will not pass” no matter how loud you may honk your horn.   Many times the Republicans themselves tried to take away McCain’s license, but he steadfastly refused and continued to drive this campaign just as he always has.

McCain’s foreign policy credentials all impressive.  Nobody has managed to stand up so firmly to both the Spanish and the Russians since Napoleon.  While he may at times get his world leaders and countries confused his bluster is always right on key.

When it comes to the economy McCain is often a voice of sanity in a wilderness of panic.  It was McCain who identified the economy as strong when everybody else was worried about bank collapses and the credit crunch.

McCain selected the most mavericky Vice Presidential nomination since Spiro Agnew and she has become America’s sweetheart.  Her knowledge of the Constitution is awe inspiring and she can see Russia from her porch.  Along with Michelle Bachman and Elizabeth Hasselbeck she represents the feminine future of the Republican party.

Barack Obama may not be a terrorist, a muslim, or a marxist, but who can really say?  He may be all those things.  Do we really want to take the chance?  For this reason we will be endorsing John McCain for President.

  1. i believe that our more mature fellow citizens, like the next president, provide a safer driving model than many of their impetuous juniors. driving 55 mph in the fast lane will keep this country on a steady course, and sitting on a phone book to see over the wheel will allow america to react to any situation at the last possible second. when necessary, mccain, like his demographic cohort in their fleetwoods, has often demonstrated the courage and fortitude necessary to crash through the plate glass window of conventional wisdom. the greatest generation may well be the greatest drivers as well!
