Dear Jesus, Please Make Obama Fail!

with 12 comments

Joseph Farah has called on America to pray against Obama.

As you may know, one of my main sources of news is the amazing website Worldnetdaily.  The website tells it like it is and posts the kind of stories that Fox New would if they weren’t so concerned about being fair and balanced.  Today, their columnist Joseph Farah called on all good Americans to pray that Obama fails as President.   I couldn’t agree more.  The reason that Farah wants Obama to fail because “his agenda is 100 percent at odds with God’s.  Pretending it is not simply makes a mockery of God’s straightforward commandments.”

To understand why Obama and his agenda are evil one must look at God’s political leanings.   God is a strong believer in small government and in supply side economics.  What Farah sees as so evil is Obama’s desire to increase the size and scope of government.  This is very much against not only God’s desires, but Ronald Reagan’s as well.  Geroge W. Bush came into power  specifically hoping to shrink the size of government and he managed to increase government spending substantially in his four years as President and that is before even taking the bailout into account.

As good Christians, what is it specifically what we should pray for if we want to stop Barrack Obama?  If he is truly to be a failed President and quickly replaced in four years, we had better get praying for big problems.  Little things like stem cell research aren’t going to do it.  We need big failures.  Let us pray that:

  1. The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan take a disastrous turn with many American soldiers killed.
  2. Obama is completely unable to help the economy and many people are left unemployed.
  3. Obama is unable to do anything to make medical care affordable for working families.
  4. A couple of natural disasters like Hurricane Katrina wipe out cities.
  5. Gas increases to $5 a gallon
  6. There are several terrorist attacks on US soil killing many innocents.

If we are lucky enough to have all these things happen, then and only then will Obama be such a failure that his evil agenda to increase the size of government shall be thwarted.  Sure, some of those things are kind of bad, but the alternative could be higher taxes.  It is important that Christians throughout this country get to work.  We are getting into tornado season very soon and time is running out in Iraq.

  5. I think YOU are evil and not Christian at all. Let me get this straight. You want Christians to pray that terrorists attack us and kills Americans? Are you for real? You want us to pray to Jesus that more American soldiers die? You are not an American and you are certainly no Christian I would want to associate with.

Pray for peace! That is what Jesus would pray for.

  6. Pray for peace? If we did that, then wouldn’t Obama succeed? No thank you. That run’s directly against God’s will.

  7. I think Nate needs to pick up a bible and read it. Can you please tell me where in the bible God’s will is for us to pray for terrorists to kill Christians? God’s will? Non-sense. You don’t know what you are talking about and you don’t know about God’s will.

  8. I’m not saying a lot of Americans have to die. I’m just saying I want Obama to fail and a few terrorist attacks would help.

  10. Nate. What makes you think you know God’s political leanings? I’m sooo tired of you thinking you have a more direct line to God than anyone else. Your god must be very limited and very small. My God loves everyone and celebrates that he made us all different on the earth but like him in the spirit. Stop being so small minded and hateful.

  12. That is a really poorly thought out post. It’s also intellectually dishonest. To pray for what is wrong to succeed is ignorant. Now you can pray for God’s will. Blind allegiance to disastrous policies lead to disastrous results. That goes for both sides of the political fence. Bush was a disaster – Obama is 10 times worse.

    I like this prayer myself.

Psalm 109:8 – “Let his years be few and brief; and let others step forward to replace him..”

Hopefully not another dishonest Neocon like Bush.
