That’s Right Nate Resumes Salvation Army Protest

with 6 comments

Friends and long time readers of this blog will remember my problems with customer service from the Salvation Army last year when they refused to issue me a refund  after I reached into my pocket to throw a quarter into a Salvation Army kettle and inadvertently gave the Salvation Army a  South African Krugerrand worth about $900.   After getting the run around, I finally took my case to you my loyal readers and my boycott of the Salvation Army was extremely successful in lowering their donations last Christmas season.  I believed the Salvation Army was very close to giving in.

Unfortunately, about the worst thing that can happen to any boycott is when your arch enemies decide to boycott the same thing you are boycotting.   That happened this year when liberals also began to boycott the Salvation Army when they learned that the Salvation Army was checking citizenship status at toy drives this holiday season.  I was naturally incensed.   There was no way for the Salvation Army to know whether their donations were down because of this policy or because of their refusal to refund the $899.75 I demanded.

Good news.  The  Salvation Army has relented and has announced it won’t be checking citizenship.   That means that we are clear to resume boycotting the Salvation Army in good conscious.   Let’s face it, can you really even call them an army if they won’t arm themselves?   They could be taken out by a pack of Cub Scouts with a sling shot.  Even the Vatican’s guards get halberds.

So Salvation Army, now that you have caved to liberal demands it is on like Donkey Kong.   The forces of this blog have been unleashed to destroy your unfair organization and only you can call them off by giving me what is rightfully mine.   Until that day, the boycott continues.  Please respond to this post and let the Salvation Army know that you mean  business.

  1. They’re not checking citizenship? Well. At least they’re doing their best to discriminate against the gays. They may have to hire them, but at least they don’t have to make them ministers. Or (god forbid!) give insurance benefits to employee’s children who have two daddies or two mommies.

  2. I thought Salvation Army had a Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy.

  3. Why don’t you just do what we’re doing: take some half-baked information, put it together into a website, start a lawsuit against the salvation army and try and make as much money as possible from slandering, threatening and maligning them? There’s enough idiots out there that will believe us and join in to our protest!

  4. I’d be careful guys. They may be unarmed, but they are still an army.

  5. The Stevenson’s did not write the above post.

It’s just another fine example of how unethical
The Salvation Army really is! And, only gives conformation to the type of leadership running TSA.

TSA officer that wrote the above post, can’t seem to comprehend that identify theft, impersonation and hacking accounts are all illegal, he doesn’t understand…the federal penitentiary. And the last time I checked; not even The Salvation Army was above the law.

The only threats made come from TSA, to the Stevenson’s and their children.

To top it off…. he never tells the real story!
Please, allow me to elaborate on it a bit.

What the “major” failed to say, is that The Salvation Army; are the PLAINTIFFS in the suit he makes mention of.

The Salvation Army obtained a contract with the couple, under false pretences.(Lucky for the couple, it was signed in Denver!) [fact]
They (TSA) contracted with the couple to plant, what they were told by TSA, would be, and is stated as such in the contract; an “urban” non-denominational church at the new Kroc center, being built in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

They (TSA) moved the couple from Colorado, to Michigan knowing they (TSA) had intentionally lied too and mislead them.

Once in Michigan, what quickly became evident to the couple was not only that they had been intentionally lied to and mislead….But, the intentional and level of public deception and wrong doing that goes on behind closed doors, at The Salvation Army.

Legal in Michigan… the couple began taping the meetings with Salvation Army “leaders”. So, yes, there is evidence; tapes, internal emails & documents.

Once the couple began confronting the lies and deceptions of the Salvation Army, refused to join their cult, and in retaliation, they were fired.

The Salvation Army, then ask the couple to sign a confidentially agreement after firing them in exchange for $12,000.00, they refused.

The couple posted a blog: exposingthearmy.blogspot.com The Google blog account was hacked, password changed and blog deleted,(now back-up) by a Salvation Army leader……forensic evidence will show, the IP address traces back to the Salvation Army.

Days later the couple was served with not only a lawsuit, in which TSA did their best to try and defame the couple. as a matter of public record….. But a restraining order, trying to infringe on the couple’s first amendment right to freedom of speech. In an attempt to have the blog taken down; stating it was disclosing “trade-secrets”.

The story is long and get’s “better”. If it wasn’t a matter of public record, you would not believe some of the things TSA have done! The level of harassment, and unethical attorney behavior, by this so called “church” that is “doing the most good” will wow, dismay and disgust you!

P.S. The amount of donated money spent on this too date… more than $50,000!

Keep it coming boys, keep it comin!
